Manufacturing from client designs

Start with what you have. We take it to production.

Most projects begin with a design that already exists: drawings, sketches, CAD files or a reference sample. We review how it will be built, then agree a development and production plan before anything is made.

Where a concept needs more resolution, our 2D design team and 3D CAD development turn it into drawings, models and specifications you can approve. Where the design is finished, we engineer it, sample it and produce it to specification.

Throughout, the design stays yours. Confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property are central to how we work, and your designs are used only for your project.

Brief checklist

Discretion comes first.

Files sent through the enquiry form are stored privately, are not publicly accessible and are used only to evaluate your project. If you would like a mutual confidentiality agreement before sharing designs, tell us in your enquiry and we will arrange it before files are exchanged.

Questions

Straight answers, before you ask.

Common questions about working with ACCA. If yours is not here, we would be glad to talk it through.

Still have a question?

Talk to our team
01 What can I send you to get started?

Drawings, sketches, CAD files or a reference sample: whatever you have. Through the enquiry form you can upload a PDF, image, ZIP, 3DM, STL or OBJ file of up to 20 MB, stored privately. If you have only a concept, tell us where your project stands and we will agree the right starting point.

02 Can you develop a concept into a finished design?

Yes. Our 2D design team resolves concepts into detailed drawings and specifications. 3D CAD modelling and rendering in Rhino and Matrix, followed by 3D wax printing, takes the design to a physical sample. You decide how much of that you need.

03 How long does production take?

Delivery is project-dependent, typically 14–45 days once the sample and production requirements are approved. Timing is confirmed for each project.

04 What capacity do you have?

Our manufacturing facility in China exceeds 7,000 m² and produces more than 10,000 pieces per month, supported by our Hong Kong office. Quantities are agreed per project, from development samples to consistent programmes for multi-location retailers.

05 How do you protect our designs?

Confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property are central to how we work, and your designs are used only for your project. Files sent through our enquiry form are stored privately, and we do not share your designs with third parties without your consent. If you would like a mutual confidentiality agreement before sharing designs, tell us in your enquiry and we will arrange it before files are exchanged.

06 How is pricing provided?

Pricing is provided by quotation, based on the design, materials, stones, finish and quantity. Approved clients can view their private quotations and protected designs in Client Access.

07 Which metals and stones do you work with?

Karat gold in yellow, white and rose, platinum and sterling silver, with plating and specialist finishes. Metal and stone requirements are agreed per project and confirmed in the technical specification before production.

08 How do you check quality?

Every project passes agreed checkpoints: brief alignment, engineering review, sample approval, production readiness, quality review, and release and delivery. Each piece is inspected against the agreed specification, and acceptance criteria are agreed with you for each project.

09 Can ACCA support us before we start designing?

Yes. Research tools and platforms can support your project, and our team contributes manufacturing perspectives on materials and technology. Scope and access are agreed together, so you can join at the research stage and continue into design and production when you are ready.

10 Where are you based, and how do we meet?

Our office is in Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with an established manufacturing facility in China. We meet clients by video call, in Hong Kong or at exhibitions, and you are welcome to start by email or WhatsApp.
