Manufacturing from client designs
Bring drawings, sketches, CAD or a reference sample. We review construction, materials and setting requirements, then agree a development and production plan.

Expertise
ACCA works with premium jewellery brands, independent designers and chain stores. Our focus is translating client designs into fine jewellery that meets agreed specifications.
Manufacturing from client designs
Most projects begin with a design that already exists: drawings, sketches, CAD files or a reference sample. We review how it will be built, then agree a development and production plan before anything is made.
Where a concept needs more resolution, our 2D design team and 3D CAD development turn it into drawings, models and specifications you can approve. Where the design is finished, we engineer it, sample it and produce it to specification.
Throughout, the design stays yours. Confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property are central to how we work, and your designs are used only for your project.

Our commitment
Technical review, sample approval, production readiness and final inspection: each step is reviewed against what came before it.
Your designs are used only for your project. Files are stored privately, and confidentiality requirements are agreed at the start of each project.

Services in depth
Use one, several or all of them. Every service connects to the development journey, and each ends with something you can review and approve.
2D design team
Concepts resolved into proportioned drawings, with materials, stones and construction defined.
CAD in Rhino & Matrix
Client concepts are modelled and rendered in 3D to resolve proportions, construction and specifications before any metal is cast.
3D wax and reference samples
Approved CAD is printed as a wax model, bridging digital design and the physical sample.
Casting, filing and setting
Casting, filing, stone setting, polishing and plating are carried out in our own facility.
Surface, colour and detail
The techniques that turn a precise model into finished fine jewellery. Thirty-nine of them are demonstrated on our Technology page.
Inspection against your criteria
Each piece is checked against the agreed specification before release.
Coordinated as agreed
Quantity, documents, packaging and shipment are confirmed with you at release.
Which services you use, and how far we take each one, is agreed per project.
Materials & stones
Our focus is fine jewellery and premium gold work. Material and stone requirements are agreed per project and confirmed in the technical specification before production.

The karat is agreed in your specification. Hallmarking requirements vary by market and are confirmed for each destination.
Metal purity & hallmarksFinishes & plating
From a mirror polish to a hand-hammered facet, the finish is agreed with the design, matched to the specification and checked at final inspection.
Plating & colour
Availability and scope are confirmed in the brief.
Stones
Stone requirements are confirmed in the technical specification before production. We help choose and engineer the right setting for each piece.

What to send us
A clear brief lets us advise on the right approach. None of it has to be complete: share what you have and tell us where your project stands.
Files sent through the enquiry form are stored privately, are not publicly accessible and are used only to evaluate your project. If you would like a mutual confidentiality agreement before sharing designs, tell us in your enquiry and we will arrange it before files are exchanged.
Questions
Common questions about working with ACCA. If yours is not here, we would be glad to talk it through.
Still have a question?
Talk to our teamDrawings, sketches, CAD files or a reference sample: whatever you have. Through the enquiry form you can upload a PDF, image, ZIP, 3DM, STL or OBJ file of up to 20 MB, stored privately. If you have only a concept, tell us where your project stands and we will agree the right starting point.
Yes. Our 2D design team resolves concepts into detailed drawings and specifications. 3D CAD modelling and rendering in Rhino and Matrix, followed by 3D wax printing, takes the design to a physical sample. You decide how much of that you need.
Delivery is project-dependent, typically 14–45 days once the sample and production requirements are approved. Timing is confirmed for each project.
Our manufacturing facility in China exceeds 7,000 m² and produces more than 10,000 pieces per month, supported by our Hong Kong office. Quantities are agreed per project, from development samples to consistent programmes for multi-location retailers.
Confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property are central to how we work, and your designs are used only for your project. Files sent through our enquiry form are stored privately, and we do not share your designs with third parties without your consent. If you would like a mutual confidentiality agreement before sharing designs, tell us in your enquiry and we will arrange it before files are exchanged.
Pricing is provided by quotation, based on the design, materials, stones, finish and quantity. Approved clients can view their private quotations and protected designs in Client Access.
