Experience
30 years of fine jewellery manufacturing for wholesalers, chain stores, retailers and designers.

Our story
For 30 years ACCA has manufactured fine jewellery for international customers, combining hand craftsmanship with digital development.
The ACCA journey
A short film on how we work with you: confidentiality from the first file, our 24-stage process from research to the next generation, and more than three decades of manufacturing experience.

Who we are
ACCA Jewelry is a Hong Kong fine jewellery manufacturer. For thirty years we have turned client designs into finished pieces — rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and bangles — for premium brands, independent designers and chain stores around the world.
What sets a manufacturing partner apart is how the work fits together. A 2D design team and 3D CAD in Rhino and Matrix resolve proportions, construction and specifications on screen. 3D wax printing turns the approved model into something you can hold and review. Casting, filing, stone setting, polishing and plating then take place in our own facility, in karat gold, platinum and silver, so each step is reviewed against what came before it.
We are a collaborator first. Some clients arrive with a finished design and ask us to engineer, sample and produce it to specification. Others bring drawings, a sketch or a reference sample and want technical input. Some begin earlier still, with questions about customers, materials and technology. You choose where to involve us, from research support to production only, and we agree the scope, responsibilities and approvals together.
And the work stays yours. Confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property are central to our collaboration: your designs are used only for your project, and confidentiality requirements are agreed at the start.
Craftsmanship. Technology. Discretion.
ACCA in figures
These figures describe the facility as a whole. Quantities, timing and milestones are agreed for each project, and the delivery range is a planning guide rather than a promise made before the details are known.
At a glance
30 years of fine jewellery manufacturing for wholesalers, chain stores, retailers and designers.
A Hong Kong office and an established manufacturing facility in China of more than 7,000 m².
More than 10,000 pieces per month, with project-dependent delivery of 14–45 days.
Professional, detail-oriented collaboration, with confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property.
Three decades
Rather than a list of dates, here is what thirty years has built: capabilities layered one on another, each carried forward into the next, none replacing the craft beneath it.
The bench
Fine jewellery still begins and ends at the bench. Casting, filing, stone setting and hand polishing are skills built over three decades, and they set the standard every finished piece is judged against.
The model
Digital development put the thinking in front of the metal. A 2D design team and 3D CAD in Rhino and Matrix resolve proportions, construction and stone layouts, and 3D wax printing makes the approved model physical before anything is cast.
The journey
Today the work reaches well beyond the workshop. A 24-stage journey runs from cultural change to the next product generation, with approval checkpoints along the way, and clients join at the stage that fits their project.
What next
We continue to invest in research support and digital development so clients can involve us earlier in their product journey, helping shape what is made as well as making it.
Hand craftsmanship and digital development work together: neither replaces the other.
How we work with you
How a manufacturing partner behaves matters as much as what it makes. These four principles shape every project we take on.

Scope, responsibilities and approvals are agreed together.
Responsibilities vary by project, and we never assume we should lead every stage. Your brand can keep leadership of strategy, commercial direction and launch, while we contribute technical, manufacturing and research support where you want it. At the start we agree who does what, and where your approval is needed.
In practice
Your designs are used only for your project.
Your designs are your intellectual property, and we handle them that way. They are used only for your project, files are stored privately, and the terms of confidentiality are agreed at the start of each project, before sensitive files are shared if you prefer.
In practice
Resolved on screen. Reviewed against the specification.
Precision is built into the process rather than inspected in at the end. Proportions, construction, stone layouts and dimensions are resolved in CAD before any metal is cast, the approved sample becomes the reference, and each piece is checked against the specification agreed for the project.
In practice
Join at the stage that fits your project.
Some clients begin with research questions; others arrive with a finished design. We start where you are. Not every project uses all 24 stages, and the scope from your entry point onwards is agreed together.
Where are you today?
Global reach
A Hong Kong office and an established manufacturing facility in China serve premium brands, independent designers and chain stores internationally — with a focus on the United States and Europe.
Two places, one project
Our Hong Kong office and our manufacturing facility in China do different jobs. The conversation starts in one, the making happens in the other, and your agreed specification connects the two.
Hong Kong office
Our office in Hung Hom, Kowloon is where clients meet us. We also meet by video call and at exhibitions, so the conversation can start wherever you are and move at the pace of your project.

Manufacturing facility, China
An established facility of more than 7,000 m², with monthly capacity of more than 10,000 pieces. Casting, filing, stone setting, polishing and plating are carried out in our own facility, by hand under magnification where the work calls for it.
Connected by your agreed specification.
See both on the mapInside the facility
Design, digital development and specialist craft are coordinated in-house, so each step is reviewed against what came before it. These are the disciplines in sequence, and the capabilities behind them.
Concepts and sketches resolved into proportioned drawings and specifications.
Rhino and Matrix models define geometry, stone layout, wall thickness and construction.
Rendered views let you review the design in metal and stone before a sample exists.
Approved CAD printed as a high-resolution wax master for review and casting.
Wax masters are treed, invested in plaster and lost-wax cast in the agreed metal.
Cast parts are cleaned, filed and joined with precise, localised laser welds.
Prong, bezel, channel, pavé and micro-pavé setting carried out by hand under magnification.
Every surface refined by hand — from mirror polish to satin and textured finishes.
Rhodium plating for a bright white finish, with selective plating for two-tone designs.
Logos, hallmarks, serials and personal messages engraved with fine laser detail.
Each piece checked against the agreed specification before release.

Who we serve
Premium brands, independent designers and chain stores each ask different things of a manufacturing partner. What they share is a design that must be made exactly as agreed.
Collection development and production for established and growing premium brands.
You own the brand, the range and the launch. We contribute technical development, sampling and production to your specification, with your designs handled in confidence.
Typically needs
Technical development and manufacturing that respects your design language.
You bring the vision and we help make it buildable. Sketches, drawings, CAD or a reference sample are all good places to start.
Typically needs
Consistent production for multi-location programmes.
Programmes across many locations depend on repeatable results. We plan quantities and timing with you and agree finish, inspection and delivery details up front, so production can be checked against the approved reference sample.

Markets
Our priority markets are the United States and Europe. We also serve international customers across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, the Americas and Africa.
Not sure which describes you? Tell us about your project.
Our commitments
Every project is different, so each commitment is agreed per project rather than promised in general terms. These are the four we set out with you.
Private by default. Formalised on request.
Confidentiality requirements are agreed at the start of each project. Design files sent through our enquiry form are stored privately and are not publicly accessible, and we do not share your designs with third parties without your consent. If you would like a mutual confidentiality agreement before files are exchanged, tell us and we will arrange it.
Agreed per project
A review before each stage moves on.
Projects follow agreed approval checkpoints, from brief alignment to release and delivery. Inspection requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project, and each piece is checked against that specification before it is released.
Agreed per project
You choose how we talk.
Tell us where your project stands and how you prefer to talk: by video call, email, WhatsApp, or in person at an exhibition. We reply to qualified enquiries with next steps for a meeting, and we agree with you how approvals are requested as the project moves forward.
Agreed per project
A planning range, confirmed by your project.
Delivery typically ranges from 14 to 45 days, depending on the project, once the sample and production requirements are approved. It is a planning guide rather than a blanket promise: timing, quantities and milestones are agreed for each project, with capacity of more than 10,000 pieces a month behind them.
Agreed per project
Specific terms are confirmed in the development brief and technical specification for your project.
Looking forward
Looking forward, we continue to invest in research support and digital development so clients can involve us earlier in their product journey.
