Who we are

The partner behind the piece.

ACCA Jewelry is a Hong Kong fine jewellery manufacturer. For thirty years we have turned client designs into finished pieces — rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and bangles — for premium brands, independent designers and chain stores around the world.

What sets a manufacturing partner apart is how the work fits together. A 2D design team and 3D CAD in Rhino and Matrix resolve proportions, construction and specifications on screen. 3D wax printing turns the approved model into something you can hold and review. Casting, filing, stone setting, polishing and plating then take place in our own facility, in karat gold, platinum and silver, so each step is reviewed against what came before it.

We are a collaborator first. Some clients arrive with a finished design and ask us to engineer, sample and produce it to specification. Others bring drawings, a sketch or a reference sample and want technical input. Some begin earlier still, with questions about customers, materials and technology. You choose where to involve us, from research support to production only, and we agree the scope, responsibilities and approvals together.

And the work stays yours. Confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property are central to our collaboration: your designs are used only for your project, and confidentiality requirements are agreed at the start.

Craftsmanship. Technology. Discretion.

30 years of fine jewellery manufacturing for wholesalers, chain stores, retailers and designers.

02

Facility

A Hong Kong office and an established manufacturing facility in China of more than 7,000 m².

03

Capacity

More than 10,000 pieces per month, with project-dependent delivery of 14–45 days.

04

Approach

Professional, detail-oriented collaboration, with confidentiality and respect for client intellectual property.

Three decades

Thirty years of capability, in layers.

Rather than a list of dates, here is what thirty years has built: capabilities layered one on another, each carried forward into the next, none replacing the craft beneath it.

  1. The bench

    Handcraft foundations

Fine jewellery still begins and ends at the bench. Casting, filing, stone setting and hand polishing are skills built over three decades, and they set the standard every finished piece is judged against.

    • Casting
    • Filing
    • Stone setting
    • Hand polishing
    • Plating
The layer everything else rests on
  2. The model

    CAD and wax printing

Digital development put the thinking in front of the metal. A 2D design team and 3D CAD in Rhino and Matrix resolve proportions, construction and stone layouts, and 3D wax printing makes the approved model physical before anything is cast.

    • 2D design development
    • 3D CAD in Rhino & Matrix
    • Photorealistic rendering
    • 3D wax printing

    • Handcraft foundations
  3. The journey

    The full development journey

Today the work reaches well beyond the workshop. A 24-stage journey runs from cultural change to the next product generation, with approval checkpoints along the way, and clients join at the stage that fits their project.

  4. What next

    Earlier involvement

We continue to invest in research support and digital development so clients can involve us earlier in their product journey, helping shape what is made as well as making it.

How we work with you

Four principles behind every project.

How a manufacturing partner behaves matters as much as what it makes. These four principles shape every project we take on.

A glass-walled corridor inside the ACCA facility
  1. Collaboration

Scope, responsibilities and approvals are agreed together.

Responsibilities vary by project, and we never assume we should lead every stage. Your brand can keep leadership of strategy, commercial direction and launch, while we contribute technical, manufacturing and research support where you want it. At the start we agree who does what, and where your approval is needed.

    In practice

    • Stage responsibilities are proposed, then confirmed with you
    • Your team keeps direction of the brand, the range and the launch
    • Our team contributes where you ask, from design development to production
  2. Discretion

Your designs are used only for your project.

Your designs are your intellectual property, and we handle them that way. They are used only for your project, files are stored privately, and the terms of confidentiality are agreed at the start of each project, before sensitive files are shared if you prefer.

    In practice

    • Confidentiality requirements agreed at the start
    • Design files stored privately and never publicly accessible
    • Protected designs and private quotations visible to approved clients in Client Access
  3. Precision

Resolved on screen. Reviewed against the specification.

Precision is built into the process rather than inspected in at the end. Proportions, construction, stone layouts and dimensions are resolved in CAD before any metal is cast, the approved sample becomes the reference, and each piece is checked against the specification agreed for the project.

    In practice

    • CAD review of geometry, dimensions, construction and stone settings
    • A client-approved reference sample before production
    • Final inspection against acceptance criteria agreed for the project
  4. Flexible entry

Join at the stage that fits your project.

Some clients begin with research questions; others arrive with a finished design. We start where you are. Not every project uses all 24 stages, and the scope from your entry point onwards is agreed together.

    Where are you today?
